We are using Google Classroom to deliver support. This approach has several advantages. Firstly, all the resources and support materials for the participants are contained in one place. The resources in the classroom are initially presented by a tutor. Beyond this, the participants can refer to the resources in their own time either at home or by visiting anywhere providing public Internet. It was also possible for the participants to ask questions within Google Classroom, which could either be answered by the tutor, the volunteer assistant, or even the other participants themselves.
